With a family tradition of grape growing and winemaking going back many generations, wine was always destined to be part of Simon Osicka’s life. Living on the family-owned Majors Creek Vineyard (today Paul Osicka wines) Simon grew up surrounded by the full bodied, red wines of Central Victoria.

Simon spent his formative years on the family vineyard and completed his Bachelor of Agricultural Science (Oenology) at University of Adelaide in 1997 - graduating with First class Honours.
